Section 2(l) in The U.P. Khandsari Sugar Manufacturers' Licensing Order, 1967
(l)"Power crusher" means crusher working with the aid of diesel, electrical or steam power and engaged or ordinarily engaged in crushing sugar cane and extracting juice therefrom for the manufacture of gur, shakkar, gul, jaggery, rab or Khandsari sugar.
