Section 30A(1) in Uttrkhand Hills Consolidation of Holdings and Land Reforms Act, 2016
(1)Any person contravening the provisions of section 4 (b) shall, a conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be liable, to a fine not exceeding rupees one thousand.
