Section 41(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 2000
(1)The Government may, by notification, appoint a Commissioner to exercise general control and superintendence over the competent authorities and the Collectors in performance of their functions under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
