204. Injunctions not to be granted in election proceedings.
- No proceeding which is being or about to be taken under this Act for the preparation or publication of any electoral roll or for the conduct of any election shall be called in question in any Court, in any suit, or application, and no injunction shall be granted by any Court restraining any action in this regard.
