Section 41 in The Institute Of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences And Technology Act, 2013
41. Provident fund.
The Institute shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident or pension fund and provide such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be specified by the Statutes and the laws in force.
