67. Prohibition of offensive or dangerous trades without licence.
- No place within the jurisdiction of Grama Panchayat shall be used for the purpose of any trade, business or industry which the Government may, by notification declare to be offensive or dangerous, except under a licence granted or renewed by the Grama Panchayat and subject to such conditions as may be imposed in the licence.
