- The officer-in-charge of a warehouse may eject and exclude from the premises any person whom he may find to have committed or to be about to commit any breach of these rules or of the provisions of the Excise Act or who may be intoxicated, riotous or disorderly. All action taken by such officer under this rule shall forthwith be reported by him, in writing to his official superior.
