Section 13(1) in Kerala Land Reforms (Tenancy) Rules, 1970
(1)A cultivating tenant applying for restoration may simultaneously file an application for determination of fair rent in respect of the land, if no such fair rent has been already determined and where any such application has been made, the Land Tribunal shall, when allowing restoration, pass an order determining the fair rent payable by the cultivating tenant after the land is restored to him,
