26. Exceptional provision for registration of certain births and deaths
.-Notwithstanding anything in section 19, the State Government may make [rules] 4 authorising Registrars of Births and Deaths, on conditions and in circumstances to be specified in the rules, to register births and deaths occurring outside the local areas or classes for which they are appointed.D.-Penalty for false information
