40. Authentication of orders and other instruments of the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission.
- Orders and decisions of the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson, the Vice- Chairperson or any other member authorised by the Commission in this behalf, and all other instruments issued by the Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of any other member authorised in like manner on this behalf.
