Section 19(1) in Maharishi Markandeshwar University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)Deans of Faculties not exceeding two (by rotation based on seniority(c)two persons, nominated by the Sponsoring Body from amongst eminent educationist or from management field;(d)two eminent academicians to be nominated by the Government in consultation with the Regulatory Commission,";(c)two persons from amongst the teacher (from Professors, Associate Professors), by rotation based on sonority; and(f)the Registrar shall be the Member Secretary."
