Section 13(1) in The Punjab Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2012
(1)Upon receipt of reference under rule 12, the Conciliation Officer shall hold meeting with both the parties as may be necessary, and shall try to work out a settlement acceptable to both the parties, with in a period of one month from the date of receipt of the reference.
