Section 21(1) in Arunachal Pradesh (Tourism Trade Registration and Regulation) Act, 2016
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), on appeal shall lie from every order of the Registration authority passed under sections 7, 8 and 15 of this Act to the appellate authority as may be specified by the Government by a notification.
