10. Reservation.
- Trust will follow the policy of reservation of the State Government, will give 25% reservation in admissions to the permanent residents of Uttrakhand and give 25% rebate in the fee to the permanent residents of Uttrakhand and appoint all the employees of group 'C' and 'D' who are the permanent Residents of Uttrakhand.
