Section 1 in The Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Rules, 1997
1. Short title and commencement.
(a)These rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Rules, 2997.(b)They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
