Section 154A(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)A decree or order for ejectment or for delivery of possession or for both, may without prejudice to the other powers of the Court in this behalf be executed through a Commissioner appointed for this purpose by the Court executing the decree or order, within such period as may be fixed by it.
