(2)The removal of the name of any person from the register of patent agents [shall be published] [ Substituted by S.O. 1418(E), dated 28.12.2004, for " shall be noticed in the Official Gazette" (w.e.f. 1.1.2005).] and shall be, where relevant forthwith communicated to the person concerned.
