254. Right of the workers' representative to inspect register maintained under sub-section (1) of section 48 of Act.
- The register maintained under sub-section (1) of section 48 of the Act shall be available for inspection to a workers' representative authorized by the persons employed in the mine on an application made by him in this behalf.
