Section 57(b) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
(b)The liquidator shall prepare an upto-date list of-(i)members;(ii)past members, with dates of their withdrawal, who are subject to liability under Section 29; and(iii)deceased members, with dates of their death, names of their legal heirs who represent their estate and who are subject to liability under Section 29.
