Section 16(2) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act, 1955
(2)If such measures are not taken or such things are not done within the time specified in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1), the authority issuing the requisition, order or notification may cause the measures to be taken or the thing to be done and the cost thereof shall be recoverable from the person who was required to take such measures or to do such thing as if it were an arrear of land revenue.
