Section 5(1) in The Bombay State Dental Council (Reconstitution And Reorganization Order, 1961
(1)The Registrar of the existing Council holding office immediately before the appointed day, shall, as from that date, be deemed to be appointed the Registrar of the Maharashtra State Dental Council on the same terms and conditions as were applicable to him immediately before that date, and until they are duly varied by a competent authority under the Act.
