Section 24(3) in Uttaranchal Judicial Service Rules, 2005
(3)The candidate required to the Service may lose his seniority if he fails to join the Service without any valid reason when a vacancy is offered to him within the prescribed time or the extended period, as the case may be, the decision of the Appointing Authority shall be final in this regard.
