(3)A trustee removed under any other provision of section 48 shall not be so eligible until he is declared to be no longer ineligible, and he may be so declared by an order of the [State Government] [Throughout the Act, the words 'Provincial Government' were substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Adaptation Order, 1937, and the word 'State' was substituted for 'Provincial' by the Adaptation Order, 1950.].
