(1)Any court before whom a [suit, criminal case or proceeding] [Substituted by Central Act 9 of 1959.] triable by a Panchayati Adalat is filed shall transfer the [suit, criminal case or proceeding] [Substituted by Central Act 9 of 1959.] to the Circle Panchayat having jurisdiction.
