Section 77(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(2)The Council may, at any time, call for any extract from any proceedings of any Committee, and for return, statement, account or report concerning or connected with any matter with which the Committee is empowered by this Act to deal and every such requisition shall be complied with by such Committee without unreasonable delay.
