430. Measures for watering street.
- The Commissioner may -(a)take measures for having the public streets watered at such time and seasons and in such manner as he may think fit; and(b)procure and maintain such vehicles, animals, apparatus as he shall think fit for the said purpose.Chapter-XIX Building Regulations
