(7)Municipal taxes-(a)The assessment and recovery of municipal taxes;(b)the conditions on which refunds of municipal taxes shall be allowed;(c)in respect of a tax leviable under sub-section (2) of section 127, the matters referred to in sub-section (1) of section 149.
