Section 18 in Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2011
18. Act to have overriding effect.
- The provisions of this Act shall have overriding effect notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, in so far as the regularisation of unauthorised development is concerned.
