(8)A licensee under this Chapter shall maintain a record in Form No. 7 of the animals killed, captured or wounded by him and such record shall be surrendered to the issuing officer as required by Section 10 at the close of the period of licence. Failure to do so shall not entitle the licensee for the renewal of or to the grant of a fresh licence.
