(11)The Chancellor shall have the power to give directions, to the Vice-Chancellor to cancel any appointment not made in accordance with the provisions of this sectionProvided that before giving a direction under this sub-section, the Chancellor shall give to the person so appointed a reasonable opportunity to show cause as to why such direction should not be given and shall consider his explanations and objections, if any.
