Section 16(1) in The Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
(1)The municipality may, on recommendation of the town vending committee, declare a zone or part of it to be a no vending zone for any public purpose and as far as possible relocate the street vendors vending in that area, in such manner, as may be prescribed.
