Notice. Mr. Jitender Sharma, learned Additional of Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondent/State. He prays for and is granted two weeks' rt time to file status report.
Heard. In the interim, it is ordered that petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of his arrest in complaint case, under Sections 22(1) (CCA), 18A, 18B & 22(1) (D) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, initiated by Drug Inspector Baddi, District Solan, H.P., on his furnishing personal bond to the tune of Rs. 50,000/-, with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:-
1. That the petitioner will join investigation of case as and when called for by the Investigating Officer, in accordance with law.
2. That the petitioner will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them/him/her from disclosing such facts to the Investigating Officer or Court.
3. That the petitioner will not tamper with the prosecution evidence nor he will try to win over the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
