119. Bar against appearance of legal practitioners.
- No legal practitioner shall be entitled to appear in any proceedings under the Act or these rules except in proceedings arising under any of the following section of the Act, namely;Section 5, section 7, section 9, section 19, section 21, section 22, section 23, section 24, section 25, and section 30.
