(3)The Government with the help of District Child Protection Unit or State Child Protection Society shall arrange for appropriate training and sensitization of functionaries of these departments from time to time in co-ordination with National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (N1PCCD) or any such State level institutions recognised and designated by the Government.
