COMMON ORDER
The present contempt petitions have been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)Nos.18866 to 18876 of 2021, dated 10.07.2024.
2. This Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations, dated 24.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders in the light of G.O.Ms.No.19 of Bckward Class and Most Backward Class and Minorities Welfare (CNAP) Department, dated 07.03.2008.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order is already complied and the petitioners' representations were considered in the light of G.O.Ms.No.19 of Bckward Class and Most Backward Class and Minorities Welfare (CNAP) Department, dated 07.03.2008 and the same were rejected by order, dated 25.06.2025.
