Section 273(2) in West Bengal Municipal Corporation Act, 2006
(2)The Corporation shall determine by regulations the scale of fee to be paid for the issue of a licence under sub-section (1) in respect of the premises used for any of the purposes as aforesaid:Provided that no such fee shall exceed five hundred rupees per month in respect of any premises.
