% 25.08.2022 Ms. Ahlawat, learned counsel appearing for Delhi Transco Limited has placed for the perusal of the Court a communication of 05 August 2022 pursuant to which the original bank guarantees have been duly handed over to the Director of the petitioner.
The attention of the Court is also drawn to the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 22 July 2022 in terms of which approval has been granted to the issuance of a Letter of Award/grant of contract to the petitioner here. The Court is informed that the petitioner has thereafter also submitted fresh bank guarantees.
In view of the aforesaid and since nothing further would survive, the petition stands disposed of.
