Section 37 in The M.P. State Dental Council Rules, 1969
37. Observation by a member.
(1)A member desiring to make any observations on the matter before the Council shall speak from his place, shall rise when he speaks, and shall address the President.(2)If at any time the President rises, any member speaking shall immediately resume his seat.(3)No member shall be heard except upon the business before the Council.
