Section 27(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)The Corporation may at any time call for extracts from the proceedings of any of its committees or for any return, statement, accounts or report connected with any matter with which such committees is empowered to deal and such committee shall furnish such extracts, returns, statement,accounts or report without any delay.
