1. The parties are directed to complete the pleadings in both the petitions within a period of ten days. The parties shall also file the written synopsis This is a digitally signed order.

In the meantime, considering the nature of controversy involved in the instant petitions and without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised by the parties, it is directed that the petitioners to approach the competent officer of respondent-Bank to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.
4. Needless to state that if the petitioners approache the concerned officer of the respondent-Bank, the respondent-Bank will pay necessary heed to the submissions made by the petitioners.
