ORDER
Adv.K.M.Bardapurkar for appellant is present. Heard him on delay condonation application . It is submitted that impugned judgment has been passed on 31/8/2019 and certified copy of the same is received by the appellant on 16/9/2019. On 25/09/2019 necessary approval to appeal is obtained. On 21/10/2019 Maharashtra Assembly Election , 2019 was held and for that purpose officers of appellant were assigned election duty. He has produced documentary evidence of such duty on record. We perused the list of assignment of election duty dated 3/10/2019. In the said list at serial No.172 to 254 officers of appellant seen to have deployed on election duty. Appeal is filed on 13/11/2019. Delay is of 27 days. Considering cause shown by the appellant for condoning of delay, it is sufficient cause in our view. Therefore delay is properly explained and there is sufficient cause shown by the appellant for it. Hence the delay is condoned.
