Section 4(2)(f) in Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Subordinate Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu / the Union Territory of Puducherry (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013

(f)atleast one and at the most two outside members to be nominated by the Appropriate Authority who are associated with the Social Welfare Department or non-government organization having experience in the field of social justice, women empowerment and/or gender justice, out of whom atleast one member shall be a woman;
