Section 67 in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
67.
The Registering Officer shall add a certificate at the foot of each page of the thumb impression register to the effect that each impression on the page has been affixed in his presence and under his supervision by the person whose name is entered next to it. This Certificate shall be signed and dated by the registering Officer when the page is closed.
