The O.A having been heard on 22nd February 2022, this Tribunal delivered
the following order on the same day:

P.Madhavan, Judicial Member When the matter was taken up for consideration today, counsel for the applicant is not present and is represented by his junior and again prays for adjournment of the matter even though the case is posted today as a last chance for final hearing. Counsel for the respondents submit that the selection had taken place in the year 2016 and it is not clear whether the applicant himself is interested in continuing with the matter. In view of the lack of interest by the applicant, the O.A is dismissed. No order as to costs.
