(1)Any person aggrieved by an order passed or a decision made by the Rent Authority may, within thirty days from the date of such order or decision, prefer an appeal in writing to the Tribunal in the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified copy of the order or decision appealed against and by such fees as may be prescribed:Provided that an appeal may be admitted after the expiry of the said period of thirty days, if the appellant satisfies the Tribunal that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within the specified period
