Section 25 in Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders and Cable Television Network (Regulation) Act, 1984
25. Amendment to Tamil Nadu Act X of 1939.
- To clause (4) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Entertainments Tax Act, 1939 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1939), the following Explanation shall be added, namely: -"Explanation. - For the purposes of this clause and other provisions of this Act, cinematograph exhibition, includes exhibition of film on Television screen through Video Cassette Recorder".
