(2)If the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, as the case may be, fails to convene a meeting within a period of seven days from the date of the receipt of requisition, the members, who had signed the requisition, may convene a meeting in accordance with such rules as may be made by the Government within a period of 30 days of making such requisition and not withstanding any contained in this Act, such meeting shall be deemed to be validity convened the meeting.Provided that no business other than that are specified in the requisition shall be transacted in such meeting and the quorum for such meting shall be as mentioned in sub section of Section 57F.
