Section 7(3) in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(3)With effect from the date as notified under sub-section (2), all colleges and other educational institutions of Health Sciences in the State of Punjab, previously admitted to the privileges of or affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar; Panjab University, Chandigarh and Punjabi University, Patiala or any other University, Council or affiliating body shall be deemed to be admitted to the privileges, or affiliated to the University.
