Section 19(b) in Andhra Pradesh Prohibition Act, 1995
(b)That an offence under section 7, section 7-A [Section 7-B, Section 8, Section 8-A, Section 8-B or Section 8-C] [Substituted 'or section 8' by Act No. 18 of 2020.] is being committed and may examine, test, measure or weigh any material, still, utensil, implement, apparatus or liquor found in such place.
