Section 5(1) in The U.P. Higher Education Services Commission Act, 1980
(1)Every member shall, unless he becomes disqualified for continuing as such under the rules that may be made under this Act, hold office for a term of [two years] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 42 of 2007 (w.e.f. 15.6.2007).].
